I am currently on a 1000 calorie diet. I use www.fitclick.com to track my calories, fat, protein, vitamin C and more. I am healthyme41 there if you want to friend me. I currently want to lose 13.4 pounds. So far this year I have lost 6.2 pounds. I go to YMCA about 2 times per week to work out. I do the ellipitcal trainer for about 5 minutes. Then I use their weight machines for strength training.
